3.2px) * 0.938), 32px);font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">The development of Q-Step emerged from a \u2018strategic response\u2019 to counter the deficit of quantitatively skilled social science graduates.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u00a319.5m invested in the Q-Step programme aims to make a \u2018step-change\u2019 in ensuring that graduates leave higher education quantitatively skilled and able to respond to the needs and demands of contemporary social life and the UK economy.
